You may find it helpful to print out these instructions then follow them step by step.

1. FIRST GO TO THE INTERBEL HOME PAGE, interbel.net, AND CLICK ON E-BILL. (It is under "E-Services" on the left side of the page.)

2. LOG-ON TO EBILL IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT, AND PASSWORD. IF YOU ARE NOT SIGNED UP FOR EBILL, YOU MAY CLICK ON "Sign Up Today" AND FILL IN THE FORM (Your service I.D. number is your phone number). IF YOU STILL NEED HELP CALL 889-3311 AND WE WILL ESTABLISH YOUR ACCOUNT AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A LOG-ON PASSWORD.

3. ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE, CLICK ON "BILLING INFORMATION MAILING STUB".

4. CLICK ON STOP PAPER BILLING.

5. YOU ARE DONE.
