Windows Technical Support

As of September 1st 2011, InterBel will no longer be offering technical support for the following Windows Operating Systems:

 

Windows 95 – Released 1995 Windows 98 – Released 1998 Windows NT – Released 1993-1996 Windows ME – Released 2000 Windows 2000 – Released 2000 Windows CE – Portable devices 

If you are unsure if you have one of these operating systems, you can reboot your computer and watch the boot up screen. If you are running Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000, or CE, it will show you this on your Windows Logo Screen.

You will still be able to use your InterBel DSL service with these operating systems, but our technical support staff will no longer be able to provide you with any support should you run into technical related issues with your computer and/or the internet. All of these products are no longer supported by Microsoft and could lead to potential security risks. For your protection, it is highly recommended you upgrade to a newer operating system such as Windows XP or Windows 7.
